Chris Silbermann is president and founding partner of ICM Partners, one of the largest Hollywood talent and entertainment agencies, representing such stars as Beyonce, Ellen DeGeneres, Jerry Seinfeld, Chris Rock, Michael Keaton, Samuel L. Jackson, and Spike Lee. In 2012, he led a restructuring of ICM so that partners could have equity in the company. Silbermann himself represents mega producers Vince Gilligan ("Breaking Bad"), Christopher Lloyd ("Modern Family"), David Shore ("House"), and he was responsible for negotiating Shonda Rhimes's $150 million deal with Netflix in August 2017. Silbermann has been a trustee of the American Film Institute and board member of The Nature Conservancy and the Entertainment Industry Foundation.
