What excites you about being on the Dean's Leadership Team?
I'm always in awe of just how many departments and programs the DLT is able to represent! It's always exciting to get to meet others outside of my majors who share my passion for the arts and humanities.
What advice do you have for new Berkeley students?
When it comes to selecting your courses, cast a wide net -- by all means, you should seek out classes in your favorite subjects, but I've found that, oftentimes, it's precisely the classrooms I've entered with the least knowledge of the subject at hand that I've left the most impacted, inspired, and touched. Also, the English Lounge in Wheeler is highly underrated.
