Bio/CV:
Each year the Communications team within the Division of Arts & Humanities employs a recently graduated student as the summer artist-in-residence. The AIR creates original and thoughtful artworks that create the student brand, look and feel for the next incoming class.
Armaan Mumtaz (he/they) is a recent graduate of UC Berkeley, with a degree in Art Practice. They have worked as a marketing illustrator, editorial illustrator, and head editor of illustrations + infographics throughout their time at Berkeley. Aside from these posts, Armaan enjoys baking, going to flea markets and antique sales, and reading music reviews.
